Inside the £100 Million House

Let’s explore Heath Hall - the most expensive house for sale in Britain - valued at an eye-watering £100million!

Heath Hall in Hampstead, London, was originally built for William Lyle (the Lyle in Tate and Lyle sugar) in 1910. It was then bought by the Bank of China before being bought in 2006 by a man called Andreas Panayiotou.

Mr Panayiotou spent 7 years and £40m restoring the property - that seems like a hefty investment until you find out he owns a Gulfstream G450 jet worth the same... and that's just part of his collection!

Set in 2.5-acres of manicured gardens, the home now boasts 14 bedroom suites, 6 reception rooms, a drawing room, dining room, family room, sun room, snooker room and... There’s also a library, home cinema, bar, steam room with sauna, fully fitted home gym and wine cellar with climate controlled temperature.

To top it all off, for the security-conscious billionaire likely to buy the property, it's been fitted with a panic room – with a built in toilet, basin, control panel and separate indestructible telephone wires.

How does this compare to some well known celeb homes? Well, for the same price as Heath Hall, you could buy Jay-Z and Beyonce's house, Tiger Woods' new bachelor pad, Hugh Hefner's legendary Playboy Mansion and still have a couple of million pounds to spare!

I would finish this blog post off properly but... I'm off to buy a lottery ticket!
