To celebrate 50 years of the LEGO Brick in Australia, LEGO have unveiled miniature masterpieces of the top 10 Aussie moments from the past 50 years, as voted for by the nation:

1973 Sydney Opera House opens

1997 The Castle film receives widespread acclaim

2000 Nikki Webster stars in the Opening Ceremony of the Sydney Olympics

2000 Cathy Freeman wins gold in 400m at the Sydney Olympics

2002 Steven Bradbury wins gold at the Winter Olympics

2004 Steve Irwin feeds a crocodile while cradling his baby son

2011 Cadel Evans wins the Tour de France

2012 Australian racehorse Black Caviar is undefeated in 22 races
